BOOKING

1. Reservation can be done through online booking with log in as guest or with account, or by contact our Travel Consultant
2. All prices that we presented in the tour package can be change and not final yet until confirmed to booking tour
3. Prices based on low season period, tour during high season / peak season period will have surcharge applies
4. The package that price include flight ticket only valid for 1 – 2 days, can be change depends on availability
5. All services not block yet until down payment

PAYMENT

1. You can do the payment via bank transfer, CC etc
2. Payment 100%
3. Payment via bank transfer needs proof to be sent via email
4. Repayment must be done maximum D-3

CANCELLATION

1. Cancellation after down payment non refundable
2. Cancellation after full payment:

• D-14 refund 50%
• D-7 no refund
• There will be some destinations that cant be cancelled after reservation, our Travel Consultant will inform you about this before the confirmation
• Refund for tour package with air ticket will be separated, air ticket will be based on airlines cancellation terms & conditions

FORCE MAJEURE

1. Please note that our services exclude the insurance, if you want to have insurance during tour we can help to make one (additional cost charge)
